For high quality chocolate, we supply spray-dried and roller-dried full cream milk powder as well as skim milk powder, all of which are specially produced to meet the strict microbiological standards demanded by this industry.

Where chocolate-flavoured products are produced to meet a lower price level such as bakery compounds, we supply selected whey powders, permeates and lactose.

For caramel production both skim and 8% fat sweetened condensed milks are available in pallecons or bulk road tanker.
